Launched in April 2009 and owned by the team behind Thai Edge and The Oriental, the Mirage Fusion restaurant offers an eclectic mix of Indian, Chinese, Italian and Thai cuisine for up to 100 diners.

The Mirage menu has been created by a team of international chefs recruited from around the world; committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients. By combining such diverse and colourful cultures with an uncompromising desire for authenticity, dining at Mirage Fusion gives you a truly exquisite experience.

If you’re looking for a bite to eat during the day the Mirage Fusion's delicious snack menu
 is available between 1pm and 4am every day.
